Agenda:
1. Official Shirt and Logo
Motegp will take care of the new design for the t-shirt and will post here in our site the edited design.. it has also been agreed upon that it will be a collared shirt, official color is still pending. It will cost us around Php220.00 for our tshirt printing alone and Php320 for Tshirt + Printing. Hopefully by the end of the month we have already finalized everything for our official shirt.
2. Official Ride
Official Ride will be in Tagaytay, breakfast in mahogany and then proceed to Fantasy World. I have already posted a poll question regarding your preferred schedule in Rides and Events forum, the poll will end this thursday. This is an important ride for all of us because we will also conduct our elections on the same day in tagaytay, you have to be present in able for you to vote. Pls wait for the ride details that will be posted in Rides and Events forum.
3. Mio Club Ride
Bandit is our official representative for this ride, he's already coordinating to other clubs who are as well joining this ride. Were hoping to hear from bandit soon.. Tentative date for the club ride is Nov 29 and destination will be Batangas Laguna Loop.. For details pls read the Mio Club Ride in Rides and Events Forum.
4. Election of Officers
As a group Officers are vital for us to function well.. And we agreed that the best time to conduct the elections will be on our first official ride.. Elections will be held in tagaytay and only those who are present will be able to vote, so pls clear your schedules on either Nov 15 or 22. We encourage everyone to sign up and exercise your right to vote.
It will be a free for all basis, the one who gets the most number of votes in the said position wins.
Positions to be filled-up are:
President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer
Ride Director
Project Committee Head
Details regarding Elections and Election process will be posted in Rides and Events Forum.
5. Recruitment
We would love to see our group grow in numbers and so we agreed to come up with a simple leaflet (calling card size) to hand over to prospect members of MAO. Motegp was kind enough to volunteer to come up with the design and format of the leaflet. Leaflet contains our official logo, schedule of tambays and location and contact numbers as well..
6. Members Application form
Application forms will contain basic information about a member and as well as contact person in case of emergency and engine numbers and others. It will be kept in our file in the good hands of our secretary. All official members should fill up this form. Motegp is also in charge of this.
7. Requirements to become an official member
The group agreed that for someone to be an official MAO he has to attend 2 consecutive tambays and 1 official ride. Requirements may change but all members will be notified accordingly.
