Just this evening nagproclaim na si Erap na tatakbo sya ulit as Pres of the country.. Hindi ba base sa Constitution na hindi na pwede tumakbo ang isang naging pangulo na?

dito tayo maglagay ng ating mga kuro-kuro sa usaping ito..

Laging sinasabing 'Lets give him the benefit of the doubt'.. pero it was proven na naman sa korte hindi ba?

I dont care naman talaga kung tumakbo sya.. Dito natin makikita kung sino talaga ang mga wise voters..

Lagi naman may defect ung mga politiko sa atin. If ever na maayos ung politiko (like Cory) ung cronies or kamag-anak ung corrupt. Di ung "current" eh ganun din? abusado si mister kaya sira ang pangalan ni misis Shocked kaya minsan katamad bumoto..... cyclops

You have a point there sir motegp.. But going back to the legal aspect of the issue regarding Erap running for re-election.. andaming interpretation nung article sa constitution.. ano ba talaga ang tama?

Kung susundin ang constitution HINDI sya pwede tumakbo as president kasi convicted na sya, pardon lang naman ang nakuha nya, meaning ung kasalan di naalis at ang parusa lang ang tinanggal. Tama ba un? Neutral

Eh bakit sinasabi nya kinunsulta nya raw mga lawyers nya and even deans of UP law school, sabi pwede pa raw..
