Wala pa po akong pinapaltan o ginagalaw sa engine ko and panggilid, pero base sa mga pinagkakatiwalaan kong mga mekaniko at shop owners, if your planning to go bore-up, then go.. kahit stock panggilid lang ok na raw..

Yun lang mga sir (sana makatulong).. hehe Razz

Sir ajg, since nka v8 ka na and using stock engine, nakatulong ba ito sa performance sa scoot? gaano po ba kalaki pagbabago? OT lang kasi papakalkal na kami ng pipe sa 28th (eh kasama ka dun) kasama na panggilid. scratch

Sir compared sa stock pipe mas malakas hatak nya compared sa dati kasi mas nakakahinga yung engine.. Fuel consumption same din naman..

Hindi po ako magaling sa modifications lalo na kapag engine na pinaguusapan lagi lang ako base sa mga tropa na nagawa nang magpalit ng panggilid or magBore-up.. They said na kung arangkada hanap nyo at less gas consumption- Bore-up na, downside lang is nawawalan ng dulo, thats the time na gagalawin nyo panggilid to compensate the bore-up you made..

Yun lang yung mga tips na binibigay nila sa akin..

Ah ok, kasi di ko mag gets concept of increasing ung displacement to save gas....
Bigger displacement bigger gas consumption pero sa dami nang nakausap ko even mechanics, yan din sinasabi...
on the other side it takes less effort for the engine para paandarin ung scoot dahil tumaas na ung power to weight ratio...
Ano ba talaga kuya.... 2.2k ung 58.5 set, LHK. 2.4k ung pipe, drive face at kalkal pulley Question

Like what ive said sir im not the best person to ask, pero kung majority ng mga nakakausap nyo ganun sinasabi, maybe totoo nga..

Basta sir, any modifications you may want to do in your beloved Amore, nandito lang ako to support you.. hehe
(ganun talaga, isang hamak na janitor lang po ako, hindi makasabay sa pagMods, moral support nalang.hehe)

Hehe, dun ako kina Execom kanina although nagmamadali ako, muntik na magkamali ung nagtitinda ng driveface, NCY Php650.00 daw, pakakabit ko na sana biglang nag alangan, antayin daw store owner........ bad ako kasi sabi ko sa sarili ko sayang Twisted Evil

Pero nakakita ako ng aftermarket na shocks pang MIO, Php1.5k lang.
Sabi ko pakalkal muna ako ng pipe.

Yan yung isa sa mga reason kaya ako nag extend ng scoot, masyado sya matagtag lalo na pag hi-speed na, problem would be ung regular driving within the subdivision, ung cornering mahirap lang sa umpisa pero sa katagalan para na siyang di naka extend, ganda na nag grip sya sa hi-speed, hoping to improve performance sa pag upgrade or kalkal ng gilid. So kinalkal na ung pulley at na shave na driveface ko....bumalik na ung dulo ng scoot, sabi ni Dale ung clutch spring and clutch bell after daw mag bore-up.

Gastos na naman.

Para maliwanagan ang lahat kung ano ung saysay ng pinag-gagawa namin sa scoot namin....
Eto po ung magandang explanation....ayon sa libro!

This is how the transmission looks when the engine is running at low RPMs.

Eto naman po siya pag HI-Speed na!

Now as the RPM’s of the motor increase, the centrifugal force pushes the roller weights outward (number 1 in picture).

The roller weights push out and onto the angle plates surface. This causes the rear half of the pulley to move toward the front half of the pulley (number 2 in picture).

When the rear half of the pulley pushes to the front pulley, it forces the belt out to a higher gear ratio (number 3 in picture).

This is the basic operation of the front pulley. Faster engine speeds cause the belt to go outward.

So ang gagawin ng kalkal ay ang pagtanggal or pagdagdag ng play ng bola. The more na umaakyat ung bola, the more na tataas ung belt therefore ung gear ratio niya din ay tataas.
Dapat talaga kung pakalkal mo ung pulley dapat pa shave mo din driveface para magcompliment sila sa isa't-isa.
